Sheet Piling (UK) Limited is one of the market leaders in the Driven Steel Piling industry. We operate throughout the U.K. and have been involved on many of the country's major construction projects. We specialise in developing innovative solutions for both temporary and permanent works schemes, frequently in partnership or close liaison with Clients, Developers and Principle Contractors.
These can range from developing cost effective installation systems and alternative "conforming" designs to offering alternative designs utilising sheet piles as an alternative to other materials (as an example the basement in photograph 5 was originally designed in reinforced concrete).
We offer a comprehensive service from design to completion, using our own, directly employed specialist staff and workforce. All our operatives are fully experienced in all types of piling operations and installation techniques.
Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd are sole UK stockists and suppliers of N.S.P. (Nippon Steel Pile) and of T.S.P. (Tokyo Steel Piling) hot rolled sheet piles and light gauge steel sheet pile sections.
We now supply and install Vinyl and Composite sheet piles. Under agreement with CMI Waterfront Solutions, the USA's leading manufacturer of Vinyl and Composite sheet piles we can now offer a complete service for all your Vinyl or Composite pile requirements. We are also the UK & European agents for Stabcat Inc. from Texas USA to promote its patented Stabcat Stompper which is used widely throughout the USA to install vinyl and composite sheet piles through soils, which would otherwise prove problematic for installation of such sections. Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd can now offer the complete Vinyl and Composite Sheet Pile solution!
Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd have been appointed as the UK & European representatives for American Manufacturers "Blue Marlin Marine Solutions". Blue Marlin manufacture an innovative weep hole filter suitable for installing into Steel or Vinyl Sheet Pile Walls, or indeed any similliar Retaining Walls be they Steel, Concrete or Timber. The Blue Marlin Filter System is unique in its design and prevents erosion of backfill materials, caused by transport of the fill material, through the wall's weep holes and/or panel seams.
Additionally we have been appointmented as sole UK & Ireland suppliers of "hot rolled" interlocking corner and junction pile sections manufactured by 'Mannstaedt' Germanys leading specialist steel manufacturer.
All our employees hold appropriate C.I.T.B. / C.S.C.S. (Construction Skills Certification Schemes) or C.T.A. Skills Cards. This is our assurance to you that our personnel have the necessary skills, plus health & safety training combining to give quality & safety of operations. Sheet Piling (UK) Limited is also a member of the CHAS scheme.
Over the years local authority health and safety and procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have developed the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS). The scheme is available for use by any public and private sector organizations to use when shortlisting contractors, suppliers and consultants (companies) who apply to work for them. It provides information about the health and safety part of their application.
Companies apply to join the scheme so everyone knows they meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance. Clients from both the public and private sectors are users of the scheme and our database.
