Expansion of the Sheet Piling Fleet
Sheet Piling UK Ltd are pleased to announce the expansion of their fleet of Piling equipment with the acquisition of a new Giken Silent Pile Presses, the fifth press in the SPUK fleet.
The latest aquisition is a Giken UP 100 Pile Press, being supplied by Giken Europe, complete with tracked power pack and Super Jet Reel.
This new press will supplement our existing fleet of 4 Giken UP150 Pile Presses, and give increased capabilities, particularly for use on tight, limited room sites of operation, within existing buildings and in locations with low or limited headroom. In such situations the lighter weight press, combined with Tracked Power Pack and Super Jet Reel will be of great benefit, both in terms of greater efficiency, and Health & Safety issues.
The Giken UP 100 Pile Press can install 500mm and 600mm wide sections, such as Japanese IIW & IIIW Piles and Arcelor PU 18-1 sections.
