Millennium Ribble Link

Sheet Piling (UK) Limited were specialist steel piling contractors on the new Millennium Ribble Link project at Preston, Lancashire.

The principal contract involved the construction on a new length of canal with seven new conventional locks and a sea lock into the River Ribble.

The completed scheme now allows canal boats to navigate the Lancaster Canal and gain access via the River Ribble and River Douglas into the entire British Waterways Canal network.
