1st Class Honours Degree for 1st Class Team Member
The entire team at Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd are delighted to congratulate James Barnes on achieving a 1st Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford.
Having joined Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd in June 2017 as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, James has studied the part-time accelerated degree course for the past two years. During this period, James has become an integral part of the Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd team, demonstrating a keen interest in the construction industry with a determined and inquisitive approach.
Commenting on James’ accomplishment, Managing Director Andrew Cotton noted: “James’ drive, ambition, determination and pure hard work in gaining a 1st Class Honours Degree is an achievement which he should be extremely proud of. It is also satisfying for the company to see the development of graduates not only professionally but also personally.”
James now plans to further his academic qualifications by studying a part-time Masters Degree course at Kings College London, beginning next year.
