Continued New Investment in Plant
Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd has recently taken back into service two Giken UP150 Pile Presses and Power Packs which have been extensively overhauled by Giken Europe, Giken Japan and AGD Equipment.
The work was carried out predominantly in the UK but for repairs to the specialist elements, these were returned to Giken Japan.
These works represent an investment of approximately £120,000 into the existing fleet of Giken Pile Presses.
Earlier this year, Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd commissioned BPH to overhaul their SL20a hydraulic impact hammer and power pack.
Commenting on the continued investment into plant and equipment, Managing Director John Hull noted “In the current construction market, the above investment demonstrates our continued commitment to provide well maintained and reliable plant on all our contracts”.
