By strategically holding a vast stock of approximately 4000Te of predominately U-type Larssen sheet piles, in a wide variety of lengths and section sizes, at any one time, Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd is able to be flexible and responsive to requests and able to make sheet piles immediately available to any temporary sheet piling component of even the largest and most complex projects.

In addition to steel sheet piles, Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd can offer a full range of associated temporary works, including geotechnical ground anchor installation, waling beams and steelwork bracing frames, together with tie rods and anchorages.

 

Sheet piles can be installed and extracted using a comprehensive fleet of specialist owned and operated piling equipment within the Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd fleet, including telescopic leader rigs with high power vibratory hammers, silent piling and vibration-free Giken Piling pile pressing equipment, and conventional piling methods.

Temporary sheet pile works’ designs are carried out by our experienced in-house sheet piling design department who work closely with clients and contractors to ensure the optimum construction sequence is developed and any interface between temporary and permanent works is fully appreciated and addressed at the design stage. All temporary works’ designs are created using our ISO 9001 Procedure and Temporary Works Procedure, which operates to BS5975.
