Second Kowan ZU100 Silent Sheet Pile Press Purchased
Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd have purchased a second Kowan ZU100 Silent Sheet Pile Press, expanding their fleet of clean, modern and environmentally friendly Silent Vibration-Free steel sheet pile pressing machines.
The Kowan ZU100 Silent Sheet Pile Press was purchased from Watson & Hillhouse, the UK and European agents for Kowan Co. Ltd. Manufacturers Kowan Co. Ltd, who are based in Kochi, Japan, export their innovative, environmentally sensitive Sheet Piling machines globally.
The new Kowan ZU100 Silent Sheet Pile Press is capable of installing the complete range of Emirates Steel and Arcelor Mittal manufactured 700mm wide Z Section Sheet Piles using the latest environmentally sensitive sheet pile pressing methods. The Kowan ZU100 Silent Sheet Pile Press has been designed from the ground up to conform to the latest international environmental specifications which include an ultra clean Tier 4 Final low emissions engine, incredibly low operating noise levels of just 69db and the use of eco-friendly, biodegradable hydraulic oil.

The new Kowan ZU100 Silent Sheet Pile Press was immediately put to work on the Berkeley Group‘s prestigious Southall Waterside development in the London borough of Ealing. This new residential, retail and leisure development will ultimately offer a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, overlooking 90 acres of stunning country park. The project is set to be extremely popular as it will offer a fast Crossrail link into Central London and excellent transport links to both Heathrow Airport and the M4 Motorway network, which are just a few miles away.
