Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd are the UK and European agents and stockists of Nippon Steel (NSP) and Tokyo Steel (TSP) sheet pile sections. As two of the largest steelwork manufacturers, both Nippon and Tokyo Steel are able to offer high quality sheet pile sections manufactured to Japanese International Standards (JIS) together with strict Quality Assurance and Control Procedures.
All sheet piles for sale are supplied with independent certification to demonstrate compliance with current European Standards BS EN10248 Parts 1 & 2, thus offering a true alternative sheet pile section to those currently manufactured in mainland Europe. In addition, the steel grade of the sheet piles has been independently certified as equivalent to European Grade S355GP minimum steel.
Available from either ex stock or ex mill rolling, the 600mm wide Larssen 'U' type Japanese sheet pile sections are supplied in a wide range, with section modulus values of 1000cm3/m, 1800cm3/m, 2700cm3/m, 3150cm3/m and 3800cm3/m.

The Japanese pile sections have been successfully installed using all available pile installation methods on numerous projects in the UK and Ireland, including Highway Agency, Network Rail and Environmental Agency projects, over the past 8 years.
Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd currently have in excess of 5000 tonnes of new Japanese pile sections available for immediate delivery. In addition to 600mm wide Larssen 'U' type piles, Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd have recently taken delivery of Nippon Steel 'ZU' pile sections. These 'state of the art' hot rolled pile sections are 900mm wide and combine the structural benefits of 'Z' piles with the installation advances of 'U' piles. Available in two section sizes, ZU-900 and ZU-1600, the significant cost savings can result by reduced installation and sealing costs together with competitive section modulus/weight.
